I have a stack of 7048 switches. Currently every thing is on Vlan 1 and I'm trying to separate the things into couple vlans. So, I created vlan 10 and give it an ip address. I also gave Vlan 1 an ip address for now. I assigned two ports to access vlan 10. Now PCs on vlan 10 can ping each other. However, it can't ping vlan 1. I'm assuming that it's switch L3 and should be able to route between Vlans once enabling ip routing in globle config. When I do show Ip route, I can only see vlan1 as directly connected. It's not showing vlan10 as directly connected. Also I'm unable to ping vlan 10 ip address from vlan 10 hosts. Any ideas ?
